Some popular places to visit in Delhi
Red Fort is located in Old Delhi. One of the famous tourist attraction places to see. It is made up in the style of Mughal architecture with red sandstone. Lots of attractive things to see here are like Chhata Bazaar, evening sound and light show off here.
Qutab Minar or Qutb Minar or Qutub Minar are several other pronunciations of this magnificent monument. It was constructed by Qutub Ud Din Aibak who is the first sultan Of Delhi Sultanate. This monument is 73-meter tall and 14.3-meter diameter of the base. There are a lot of changes or improvement made since it was built. You should be aware of the opening hours, entry fees etc.
Lotus temple is one of the famous tourist places in Delhi to visit. It is the symbol of reflection of 4 religions namely Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Islam. This temple reflects that all people and religions are united.
This is the war memorial of soldiers died in the period 1914 to 1921 in the first world war. This war memorial is built on 10 Feb 1921. You can reach there via metro station/taxi/auto rickshaw etc. and the nearest metro station is Pragati Maidan. There are no entry fees you need to pay. And there are no photography charges applied so you can take pictures to make your trip memorable.
Raj Ghat and associated memorials
Raj Ghat is the famous memorial dedicated to Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. This is a made with marble where Mahatma Gandhi cremation was done. There is some other memorable cremation spot near to Mahatma Gandhi’s cremation spot. All those are the notable peoples in the political history of India. They are Jawaharlal Nehru, K R Narayan, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Indira Gandhi, I K Gujral, Chandra Shekhar, Rajiv Gandhi etc.
The most popular places in Jaipur
The charm here is unexplainable. It is made in the 15the century, situated on the top of the hill. The size and structure of this fort are very large. It is made in the style of Mughal structure. Inside the fort, there are lots of things to see like ‘Hall Of Public Audience”, “Diwan-e-Khas”, the famous “Sheesh Mahal” and many more.
Jaipur’s most iconic landmark made up of red and pink sandstone. There are 953 windows in this monument which is made for the women of the royal house to see the activities what is going on the streets.
This is the only historic monument surrounded by water. This monument builds in the middle of the manager lake. This palace is built by red sandstone. This is a five storied building built by. This Beautiful palace is built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in the year 1799. A dam is built by Sawai Mansingh between two hills and because of this Mansagar lake was formed. Later Pratap Singh builds Jalmahar in the middle of it.
Albert Hall Museum :
This is the oldest Indo Saracenic architecture of Rajasthan. Government Central Museum is another name of Albert Hall Museum. There are around 16 Galleries inside this magnificent museum. Before planning to visit Albert Hall Museum you should be aware of entry fees, visiting time, visiting duration, photography rules etc.
Jaigarh and Nahargarh fort:
Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh forts are built on Aravali mountains. Both the forts were built by Jai Singh. The total length of Jaigarh fort is 3 km from north to south and width of 1 km. The main attraction of this fort is Jaivana cannon, museum, an armory etc.
Nahargarh Fort is built on the edge of Aravali hill. Earlier it was famous with the name of Sundargarh. This was built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1734. This fort never attacked by any king during the course of his history.
